SUMMARY
The Database and Parish Service Coordinator leads the stabilization and optimization of the diocesan databases, namely, Sage Intacct, ParishStaq and Pushpay, and related technologies across the diocese. The position assists the diocese in the standardization of parish accounting systems and the parishioner database. This position is the point person for both parish administrative staff and the vendor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as the liaison between database vendors and parish locations, including MSO staff
Establish relationships with essential staff members at each parish location and MSO to support the stabilization and optimization activities at that location.
Work with parishes on questions as they continue to migrate data and begin using different modules of the systems.
Inspect parish books in Sage Intacct, to ensure use of correct accounting procedures and identify risk of potential fraud. Train parish staff as needed, when procedures are...
