Founded in 2006, our board certified Family Practice providers and dedicated team provide education and services for the healthcare of needy, indigent, low income, uninsured and under-insured persons and families in Fort Collins Colorado and the surrounding areas.  We are a fast paced Out-Patient only clinic with room to grow and a profound dedication to caring for those in need in the community.  We are unabashedly Catholic/Christian in how we approach operating the clinic and caring for our patients and equally passionate about caring for patient in need regardless of their faith, gender, ethnicity, walk in life or any other factor.
