Role Summary   The Director of Parish Engagement & Discipleship serves the mission of our two parishes by actively engaging parishioners in the life of the parish whose focus is missionary discipleship.   The role is responsible for creating opportunities for parishioners to grow in their faith through faith formation initiatives, prayer experiences, and service to their neighbor.  Fulfillment of the role’s mission will be carried out in collaboration with parish staffs and under the guidance of the Pastor.    Key Responsibilities Build & maintain relationships with parishioners, ministry leaders, and volunteers to understand community strengths and needs regarding participation in parish life and existing thresholds of discipleship.
