To accomplish this task, we provide mental health treatment, offer education and wellness programs, and conduct research. Saint Luke Institute is an independent, international Catholic education and treatment center dedicated to healthy life and ministry for priests, deacons, and religious. We bring the healing ministry of Christ to those we serve through integrated psychological, spiritual, and physical treatment and education. More than 75 percent of our residential clients return to ministry.

    Associate Director/Psychologist Due to expanding practice, Saint Luke Consultation Center, a private licensed mental health care outpatient facility for Catholic priests and religious located in St. Louis, MO, seeks a full-time Associate Director (Psy.D., Ph.D.). Applicants must be licensed in Missouri. Out of state applicants must be eligible to be licensed in Missouri.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Opportunity to work with clients in individual and group therapies. Opportunity to conduct psychological assessments with interdisciplinary team. Supervises assigned clinical services staff. This may include the supervision of group and individual therapy and general case management. Coordinates evaluation scheduling including chairperson, psychological testing, psychosocial interview, clinical interview, spiritual assessment and evaluation summary session. Substitutes for absent departmental employees as needed in order to maintain stable functioning of the department. Assists the director in developing new programs to meet the needs of Saint Luke Consultation Center population. Qualifications Must have Doctoral Level Degree (Psy.D., Ph.D.) from a school of psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). Experience with psychodynamic training and theory is a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience. Minimum of three (3) years of management experience Must have effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to function as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Must have the ability to utilize computer systems and software necessary to perform position functions. Must have strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.    Director of Clinical Services Saint Luke Institute, a 501(c)3 nonprofit private Behavioral Health Care Facility for Catholic priests and religious located in Silver Spring, MD ( ), seeks an experienced individual to fill the position of Director of Clinical Services.  This is a full-time position responsible for the clinical services department and reports directly to the COO. Is part of the Executive Leadership Team of the institute and engages in strategic planning. Is the liaison between clinical services staff, medical and administrative staff. Facilitates weekly treatment team review meetings. Facilitates clinical services utilization review, quality assurance, risk management and patient care monitoring. Continuously review and updates all aspects of treatment program to meet the therapeutic needs of patients. Meets with Bishops and superiors, as needed.   Qualifications: Doctoral Level Degree – PhD or PsyD Licensed Clinical Psychologist (eligible to be licensed in State of Maryland). Executive leadership experience: familiarity with business operations including risk management, personnel management, and strategic planning. 3+ years professional experience as a clinical supervisor. 5+ years chairing psychological evaluations. Knowledge of the Catholic Church and culture. Must be able to maintain 8:30-5pm work schedule and be available for consultation after hours, when needed. Expertise in psychodynamic psychotherapy and familiarity with CBT and other skills-based modalities Demonstrated ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment in complex situations. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritize personal workload and the workloads of staff. Able to think and work strategically while remaining detail-orientated.
