Job Description

Position: Director of E-Commerce /Consumer Channel

FLSA: Exempt / Salary (Not eligible for overtime)

Schedule: This full-time position will work out of the Augustine Institute home office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer

Position Summary

Responsible for directing and managing the e-commerce marketing and sales consumer strategy, budget, OKRs, P&L, and non-AI new product acquisition in Catholic Market. 

*Specific duties are listed below but may not be all-inclusive.

Develops and implements the E-commerce Consumer Sales and Marketing Plan with a focus on the Catholic Market, Amazon, Wholesalers, and International.

Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. paid ads and list building consumer campaigns.   Oversee strategy and execution of all consumer product email marketing using Customer.io.

Oversees other aspects of AI websites such as content components, new vendor relationships and content acquisition for catholic.market, Segment trigger automations.

Directs and leads strategies for wholesale and audio channels including Audio App and Bible App

Work with AI Technical and FORMED Teams on SEO strategy and Segment Utilization. Includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize channels for building the consumer market.

Keeping up on the latest trends in both Catholic and secular e-commerce, while adapting to constantly shifting market opportunities.

Establishing a complete understanding of BigCommerce platform and related apps. Optimizing platform on a continuing basis according to new platform capabilities.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field.

At least 8 years of professional marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce.

Experience leading projects and teams toward measurable outcomes.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
