Full-time position available for a talented professional with experience in volunteer management and working with older adults. The RSVP Director is responsible for all aspects of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). RSVP recruits and places adult volunteers age 55 and older who are interested in serving at non-profit organizations in Washtenaw County.
We are seeking a candidate who will:
Qualified applicants will possess Master’s level social work, gerontology, non-profit administration, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and advanced education. Must have exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, grant writing and grant management experience, and experience with staff supervision. Program development experience and non-profit administration of older adult and/or volunteer community programs highly preferred. Must be willing to work remotely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with some on-site work if necessary.
