Position:  Digital Marketing Specialist

FLSA: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations)

Pay Range: $25-28.00/hour

Schedule: This full-time onsite position will work out of the Augustine Institute office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Reporting to: Director of Platforms, Information Services

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to provide web content management, conversion optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), updating our eCommerce platform, and updating visual elements such as thumbnails and banners. This role will provide administration of a broad range of websites, web apps, and SAAS platforms while creating a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring a top-notch user experience.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Website content management, updates to eCommerce platforms, and updates to visual elements such as thumbnails and banners
  • Conducts a/b and multivariate tests, ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization practices
  • Researches and implements search engine optimization recommendations; analyzes competitor placements
  • Manages all web property's conversion funnels and optimizing for conversions on an ongoing basis
  • Tracks, reports, and analyzes website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Works with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Google Analytics experience preferred
  • Experience with website optimization tools and strategies preferred
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Knowledge of the Augustine Institute’s markets and products a strong plus.

  • A strong understanding of technology platforms and tools.
  • Deep empathy for Catholic users of the product.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and work in a team environment both internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including vlookups and calculation functionality

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing, and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in a climate-controlled office setting.
