Behavioral Health Therapist

Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw is urgently seeking to add multiple, qualified therapists to our growing Behavioral Health Services department to help meet rapidly increasing needs in our community.

Salaried full- and half-time benefit-eligible positions OR unit-compensated (for less than half-time) positions available for LLMSW or fully licensed LMSW, or Ph.D. psychologist providing individual, family/marital, substance abuse treatment, and group therapy.  Minimum two years post-MSW professional experience in outpatient setting required, with proven ability to deliver effective short term, solution-focused treatment in an outpatient setting.

In addition to flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, total compensation includes:

• Competitive, salaried/benefit-eligible OR unit-based pay, depending on caseload (prorated based on FTE) 
• Exceptional benefit plan with employer contribution, paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Years

Must be able to maintain minimum weekly required caseload/minimum required FTE to be eligible for benefits.
