Woman's New Life Clinic invites applications for a full-time Client Coordinator in our Baton Rouge office. The Client Coordinator answers client and administrative lines, schedules client appointments, greets and checks in clients, orders office supplies, communicates regularly with the counseling, medical, billing, and fertility education departments, and provides routine administrative support.
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate, experience in medical office or similar, proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, and Excel), good interpersonal skills, ability and desire to work cooperatively and professionally with staff, clients and donors; ability to treat others with compassion, respect, honesty, and integrity; ability to confidently handle details accurately and timely; professional and pleasant verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask; good judgment with a willingness to seek assistance when needed; willingness to demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission, vision, core operational values, and core beliefs.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently). Phone counseling experience.
