Full-time opportunity providing critical services to families and children in a supervised parenting and exchange setting. The Family Time Program Supervisor facilitates positive, healthy, and safe interactions between non-custodial parents and their children by providing and overseeing a range of trauma informed, victim centered services. Position is responsible for general oversight of the Family Time program which includes supervising Family Time staff, managing day to day program functions, and performing direct services such as initial client intake and assessment, visitation monitoring, and general assistance/referral services to crime victims.
Due to the high-intensity nature of the services provided, qualified candidates must possess full LMSW license, in addition to strong, proven communication, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills necessary to maintain and promote positive, appropriate, and safe family visits. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of family and criminal court, plus relevant knowledge of and experience with families impacted by domestic violence/crime. The Family Time program offers evening and weekend visitation options for client families, therefore scheduling flexibility is required to support Family Time visitation monitors/case managers and serve as back-up visitation monitor.
