Select International Tours and Cruises, located in Flemington, NJ has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, extroverted, organized, and resourceful person who is interested in working with faith-based travelers.  The company works with religious groups organizing international travel arrangements and has been in business for over thirty years.  

Objective: To efficiently and effectively provide administrative support to travel planners and management of a busy international group travel company. To provide assistance to clients who are planning their trips. 

Job responsibilities: Provide help and support to the office staff enabling them to stay organized and effectively perform their job duties. Schedule appointments, create reports, order supplies, manage inventory, and office equipment, organize office workflow, respond to phone calls, provide backup customer service, work with vendors including insurance providers to ensure best service and rates.   

Required skills and qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills, superior computer and technology skills, excellent verbal and written communication, experience with various office software and equipment, ability to think creatively and out of the box, and problem solve. Ability to write reports and create presentations. Ability to work with staff across various departments and excel at teamwork.
