FLSA Status:  Exempt

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., occasional evening and/or weekend work hours

POSITION SUMMARY

The Admissions Operations Lead drives recruitment objectives through management of CRM software, initiating prospective student surveys, data importation, input forms, and email/letter flow oversight and responsibility.  This role is also responsible for completion of tasks related to recruitment database management, such as importing test scores, performing duplication maintenance, FPLUS scoring, and all other necessary maintenance to ensure data integrity. The Admissions Operations Lead also provides technical assistance to the Admissions team for the CRM database and continuously monitors the system for areas of improvement.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Review and update duplicate entries within Salesforce.
  2. Input Standardized Test Scores (SAT and ACT) received via e-file.
  3. Manage process flow for application labeling. Manage web forms. Manage prospect lead scoring process and update student profiles.
  4. Ensure continual flow of email and letter communications.
  5. Make necessary changes to student database based on integration error reports.
  6. Assist counselors with CRM technical issues.
  7. Create and manage reporting of various KPI’s.

REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

 

  • 1 or more years of experience working with databases.
  • Experience with sales software or CRM platforms.

Education & Experience

 

  • Associates degree with work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Some CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in operations, especially Sales Ops

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Database management experience with particular emphasis on Salesforce
  • Intermediate to High Level experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Experience with HTML/CSS

 

Workplace Factors

 

  • Occasional evening and/or weekend work hours
