SACRED HEART SEMINARY AND SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY seeks candidates for a 4-day per week Finance Assistant. Primary areas of responsibility include assistance with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, HR Event Coordination, Accounting/Banking and Filing. Annually - audit, Form 1098-T and 1099-MISC assistance is also needed. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager in the coordination of daily, weekly, quarterly and annual tasks, as well as special projects. Candidates should provide evidence of strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication abilities, and analytical acumen. The successful candidate must demonstrate an attention to detail and sufficient technology adaptability across many platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; other degrees acceptable with proven track record of success in the areas noted above.
