Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is seeking a Program Director to provide vision and leadership for the public health programs (certificate, bachelor completion and graduate programs). In concert with the university’s new strategic plan and its distinctive Lasallian Catholic mission, the director integrates the public health programs with Character Education and Virtue Formation according to the framework developed by the Jubilee Centre in the United Kingdom at the University of Birmingham overlaid with Lasallian Catholic principles.
We seek a leader who can ensure program vitality and academic quality by balancing administrative and academic functions that support a rigorous approach to teaching public health and meeting student learning goals. The person in this role must support, respect, and advance the mission of Saint Mary's University as a Lasallian Catholic institution by understanding and supporting the alignment between the Lasallian core principles of Inclusive Community, Respect for All Persons, and Concern for the Poor and Social Justice.
