Position: Senior Product Manager

FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)

Pay Range: $90,000-$125,000* annually

Schedule: This full-time position will preferably work from the Augustine Institute home office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Reporting to: Chief Information Officer

Position Summary

The Augustine Institute seeks a driven Senior Product Manager to oversee and enhance our technology projects to help more Catholics understand, live, and share their faith.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. You’ll develop comprehensive solutions, coordinate project resources, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners across and outside the organization.

Specific duties are listed below but may not be all-inclusive.

  • Analyze data to understand customer needs and behaviors and provide actionable insights.
  • Understand business requirements and challenges, identify and implement technology and product solutions, and monitor results.
  • Prioritize among potential growth and optimization initiatives and identify those that will best achieve our objectives.
  • Coordinate key elements of projects – including timelines and scope definitions – and then help execute from start to finish.
  • Work collaboratively with Content, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Iterate quickly and efficiently, while remaining attentive to detail; test and learn.
  • Monitor the impact of projects and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve our processes.
  • Keep current with technology and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in technology, product development/management, or other relevant areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to identify then solve problems.
  • Background in systems implementation and technology project management, with demonstrable experience in technical project delivery.
  • Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks – front end (HTML/CSS/JS, React), back end (Python, C, Ruby), or mobile (Swift, Java, Kotlin).
  • Familiarity with growth techniques (UX design, SEO, experimentation).
  • Strong management, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changes in business scenarios, projects, and resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
