Department:  Online and Graduate Enrollment

FLSA Status:  Non-exempt

Schedule:  Part-time, approximately 19 hours per week; Occasional travel may be required.

POSITION SUMMARY

This Online and Graduate Processor and Counselor is responsible for processing files digitally and in hard copy. All files need to be organized to ensure accreditor compliance with the Registrar. In the Counselor role, this position makes initial contact with inquiries and applicants to form relationships that drive students through the enrollment process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Update digital and hard copy files to ensure accreditor compliance. Database management and CRM interaction will be involved.

1. Through extensive phone and email contact, guide prospective students through the admissions application process up to the point of enrollment.

1. Assist with University email set up, Blackboard set up, and Registration for admitted students.

1. Communicate financial aid and payment information.

1. Re-enroll current students in subsequent terms.

Work Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Database management skills.
• Sales and customer service skills.
• Team oriented.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Database management experience preferred.

• Occasional travel may be required.
