Job Description: In collaboration with the residential support team, the Villa Manager will assist the Program Director with execution of the programming and day-to-day operations at Villa, which includes, but is not limited to: Daily Living Goals, hospitality, scheduling, coordinating, and providing transportation to resident appointments, volunteer coordination, and promoting the overall mission of Villa.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Carry out the religious, charitable, and educational purposes of Avodah as stated in its organizational documents and as determined by its leadership.

·       Assist the residential support team with loving, caring, and bringing the love of Christ to all those who live at the Villa

·       Collaborate with the residential support team to provide dignified care for the mothers and children who reside at Villa

·       Interact and get to the know the mothers and children to establish trust and help in their healing process

·       Provide crisis management and de-escalation support when necessary

·       Promote efficient communication between the Program Director, Clinical Director, and the rest of the residential support staff

·       Ensure accountability for moms in meeting requirements of the programming at the Villa so that the moms might find healing and restoration

·       Assist sisters and volunteers in transporting mothers to work, appointments, court hearings, visits, outings, etc. as needed

·       Assist the mothers in progressing through their daily living goals and the phases of the program

·       Assist religious sisters and mothers with daily meal preparation

·       Provide hospitality for mothers and women who are new to Villa

·       In collaboration with the residential support team, assist in the intake process and orientation of new residents at Villa

·       Provide support to the sisters in planning birthdays, phase celebrations, and other celebrations at Villa

·       Assist the residential support team in finding/ providing villa coverage when the sisters are away or in prayer

·       Provide safety and supervision of house

·       Ensure all documentation, IR’s, daily resident notes, etc. are up-to-date and reported

·       Assist in case management

Volunteer Coordination:

·       Manage Volunteer Coordination to ensure that there are volunteers when necessary

·       Be available to provide support and guidance for volunteers

·       In compliance with safe environment, ensure that each volunteer has completed the screening process to ensure safety of mothers and children at the Villa

·       Outreach and recruitment of volunteers to serve our mothers and children at the Villa

·       Communicate with Program Director to ensure the needs for volunteers are met for programming

·       Implement volunteer days in order to bring others to the do corporal works or service in spirit of serving others

·       Assist in providing training to all new volunteers

·       Collaborate with leadership team, and sisters to ensure coverage of the Villa in absence of sisters

Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm; rotating on-call schedule to assist with emergencies
