POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Engagement and Creative Design for the Franciscan Center for Evangelization and Renewal (which includes Steubenville Conferences), will manage all aspects of the Center’s communications, engagement, and design, including website, email, social media, print, etc., from strategy to execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategize, create and schedule all Digital Communication, including website, email, and social media
2. Manage Communication/Engagement Plan including messaging and brand monitoring
3. Collaborate with MarCom on web and print resources
4. Create and coordinate graphic design for digital and print
5. Assist in Event Marketing and Presence at Sites
6. Serve as liaison with conference partners in relation to promotional materials
7. Research trends and report out on post campaign metrics

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:
Technical Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Proficient in Adobe Design Products including Photoshop, In Design
Non-Technical Skills & Competencies
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Can be consistently counted on to follow through, meet commitments and deliver results
· Profound understanding of the mission and activities of Franciscan University and Franciscan Center for Evangelization & Renewal
· Ability to manage the work of others
· Ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
· 2-5 years experience (preferred)
Workplace Factors
· Occasional weekend and evening work
· Occasional travel
