POSITION SUMMARY
The Summer Coordinator of Youth Outreach will be provided housing on campus and will be provided all meals while BCYC is in session. This person will supervise the BCYC Missionary Staff. They will be the primary contact person for both internal and external constituents about anything regarding BCYC during nights and weekends when the Coordinator of Youth Outreach is off campus. They will also be the first point of contact for any emergencies or issues that arise in the dorms while High School students are on campus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist Coordinator of Youth Outreach in facilitating the BCYC Missionary Retreat and Training weeks, being the lead person for these events during night and weekend hours
- Supervise the BCYC Missionary Team throughout the Summer.
- Supervise all evening activities, events, and formational meetings during BCYC
- Execute the formation plan for the students on the BCYC Missionary Team
- Effectively communicate with parents of High School Students both before and during BCYC
- Field all incoming phone calls from parents, security, and the events management team during most weekend and evening hours of BCYC.
- Responsible for any issues that arise in the dorms overnight during BCYC
- During Conferences, primary hours are nights and weekends, though this person should be available to be on call as needed any time a conference is in session.

Education
- B.A in Theology, Youth Ministry, or related field.
Experience
- Applicants for this position should have a minimum of two years of higher education experience in teaching, college ministry, youth ministry, or related field.
