Director of Major Gifts

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) is building a national, and eventually international, army of young professionals on fire for their Catholic Faith, ready to evangelize our secular society and to help our Church as passionate leaders equipped with the skills and formation necessary to make a real impact.

As the Donor Advisor, your primary responsibility is to secure financial resources for YCP, as well as aid in developing strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors. This income-generating position reports directly under the strategic vision to the Executive Director. This position has a direct impact on the organization's reputation, so a passion and a strong belief in the mission and values cultivated at YCP are essential to be successful in the role. Traveling is a requirement for this position so a valid driver's license & insurance and/or reliable transportation are needed.
