Saint Mary’s University is seeking to hire a Senior Enrollment Counselor on the Minneapolis campus. This position is responsible for recruitment, outreach and relationship building for the School of Graduate and Professional Programs (SGPP) within an assigned territory. This position will work closely with the Director of Admission and the Assistant Director of Admission for the School of Education in the School of Graduate and Professional Programs in executing our enrollment plan and achieving our objectives. The Senior Enrollment Counselor will build relationships with prospective students and guide them through the recruitment process from initial inquiry through registration, as well as building new and cultivating existing partnerships with educational leaders and school districts throughout Minnesota to grow enrollment for these programs.

· Master’s degree preferred, ideally in an education related field. K-12 or higher education experience as an administrator and/or teacher.
· May consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of training and experience.
