Totus Tuus Consulting is a faith based financial firm in St Augustine, FL.  We are looking for a strong, detail orientated Service Advisor to assist with various industry specific tasks to help ensure the office runs efficiently and our clients are taken care of with outstanding service.

Minimum Requirements:

·       Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork

·       Previous client interaction in an office environment

·       Intermediate to advanced computer skills

·       Financial background preferred

·       Insurance (215) license required

·       Willing to obtain Series 65 license

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:

·       Prioritize day to day tasks and issues

·       Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients

·       Complete & process internal and external servicing requests

·       Maintain database programs (CRM)

·       Respond to client inquires as needed

·       Opening (as needed), closing & transferring of accounts

·       Generate and provide various reports to Advisor

·       Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients

·       Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation

  • Manage RMDs for all qualified client accounts
  • Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments
  • Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments

·       Responsible for all pre-appointment preparation for assigned prospects

  • Guide clients through the rollover/transfer process
  • Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals
