The Director of Liturgy is involved in all aspects of liturgy planning. This includes liturgical encouragement, meeting with bereaved families to plan funeral liturgies, providing weekend liturgical aids, and working with music and catechetical staff in sacramental celebrations and worship aids planning and production.
Additionally, this position is responsible for the training of lectors, greeters, and Eucharistic ministers.
The Director of Liturgy serves as a full-time parish staff member.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
The position will require very good computer skills; the ability to work well with others; and a person who is well organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
