Position Overview: The Bilingual Office Manager is discrete and able to hold information in confidence, both financial and personal. This position is for onsite employment during office business hours. The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is receptionist, always offering a warm welcome in answering phones, assisting visitors, responding to email requests and directing people to appointments and meetings. Administrative duties require accuracy, confidence and poise in working with the public, as an office team member and by oneself. This position requires experience in a busy office environment, the ability to multiple task and easily prioritize, with proficient computer skills and strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
