We serve tens of thousands of people each year in seven ministries: Marisol Services (for women), Early Childhood Education, Shelter Services, Catholic Charities Housing, St. Raphael Counseling, Family, Kinship, and Senior Services; and Parish & Community Services.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Clinic Director provides strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals, behavioral health specialists, and administrative staff. Manages the general operations of a Marisol Health clinic to ensure program goals and outcomes are met and are consistent with the goals, mission, and values of Marisol Health and the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic health care services.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university in related field; and three to five years related program management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field preferred.
PROVIDER ETHICAL AGREEMENT
Marisol Health strives to provide excellent, evidenced base care that is also morally sound. Providers and staff at Marisol Health have agreed to follow the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services as issued by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.
