Coordinate the development and implementation of the leadership formation program (in-person and virtual) for National Pastoral Migratoria ® (NPM) in immigrant parish communities across the United States. NPM’s mission is to deliver systemic change and strengthen immigrant communities by sharing the model of Pastoral Migratoria ®, which is an immigrant leadership ministry of service, accompaniment and justice. Ensure high-quality culturally sensitive leadership development, training and continuous formation to lay parish leaders at diocesan sites. Support the development of NPM’s network of dioceses and pastoral leaders committed to responding to immigrant needs.

This position has an annualized salary range of $58,663 - $87,994. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
