Job Description

Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:

·         attentive to data base

·         clerical functions to maintain up to date records on all members, contracts with organizations and the USCCB members.

·         review publications for proof reading

·         keeps track of inventory

·         social media - Facebook and Instagram

·         eblast – communication going and coming in

·         assist Executive Committee and Board of Directors with any reports needed

·         at minimum, meets weekly with President and Office Manager

·         understanding of Catholic Church ethics, traditions, procedures, and organizational structure.
