Duties and Responsibilities
As our new principal, you will:

Qualifications
Knowledge
- Active Catholic able to participate in the sacramental life of the Church.
- Master’s degree from an accredited program and a minimum of 18+ credit hours in Education Administration or a related field and a state-issued administrator/principal license.
- Three years of teaching experience required.
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a school setting required.
- Working knowledge of office and student management software.
- A valid driver’s license for the State of Wisconsin.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and innovative teaching methods to drive academic excellence.
- Knowledge of the mission and vision of Catholic education, particularly within a school environment.
Skills
- Professional disposition and the ability to work collaboratively, both as a team leader and as a team member.
- Dynamic leadership skills with excellent communication, knowledge of curriculum and instruction, and experience leading faculty to continuously improve student learning.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Skilled in developing and fostering faculty and staff growth through mentorship, training, and clear performance expectations.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
- Expertise in nurturing school-family partnerships, ensuring mission-centered communication with all stakeholders.

- Ability to make decisions, attend to details, and troubleshoot effectively in a variety of school-related situations.
