Marin Catholic is currently seeking a full-time Long-term Substitute Theology Teacher to teach 10th and 12th grade Theology from approximately April 28, 2025 through approximately June 6, 2025. 

The Long-term Substitute will be supported by the Assistant Principal for Curriculum, Instruction and Catholic Integration and the entire Theology department. Both Theology 10 and Theology 12 courses have full curriculums already designed for the year.

Qualifications, credentials, experience, knowledge & skills for the position:

  • Degree in Theology or Religious Studies or related field

  • Catholic high school teaching experience, preferred

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing, required

  • Desire to share his/her faith journey

  • Student focused and lifelong learner

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, student and staff

  • Maintains best professional practices in communicating with peers, students and parents

The annualized salary for this exempt position is $69,626-$109,376. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health and dental insurance.
