What You'll Do

As our Faith and Impact Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our ministry operations. Your work will strengthen donor relationships, fuel our fundraising efforts, and keep our mission moving forward through smart systems and compelling communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Cultivating and managing relationships with donors, foundations, and partners

- Coordinating fundraising campaigns and assisting with grant research and

applications

- Drafting donor communications, impact reports, and mission-driven content

- Managing donor data, tracking engagement, and preparing regular reports

- Providing administrative support, including scheduling, inbox and CRM

management, and document organization

- Supporting marketing and outreach efforts by collaborating with internal teams

- Representing Spirit Juice at Catholic events and conferences when needed

What You'll Need

Required:

- Experience in nonprofit management

- Passion for Catholic evangelization and storytelling through media

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred:

- Experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations

- Familiarity with donor management systems and fundraising platforms

- Knowledge of Catholic media and grant writing

Position Details

Pay: $22.00/hour

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Location: Hybrid or remote flexibility considered for the right candidate
