JOB SUMMARY

The Graduate Program Coordinator provides program administration for the Center of Catholic Studies.  This position will be responsible for managing the graduate recruitment and enrollment process, online course production support, and program website content updates. This position will also serve as the day-to-day liaison for graduate student recruitment partners. 

This is a term assignment, benefits eligible position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate graduate program administration, including online course production support, based on the needs of the graduate program director and teaching faculty
  • Manage the graduate student enrollment process
  • Support day-to-day management of graduate student workers, roles, and responsibilities
  • Manage project execution of marketing and recruitment needs for the Catholic Studies Master of Arts Program under the direction of the graduate program director and the Center’s associate director
  • Manage the Catholic Studies Master of Arts graduate program website content updates, along with the ongoing curation and creation of new graduate program content
  • Coordinate graduate student community and external events; leverage appropriate resources for communication and publicity support
  • Serve on Salesforce working group to support SalesForce-related recruitment and admissions processes
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison for graduate student recruitment partners

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or the equivalent
  • Three years of administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with creative writing, especially effective marketing copy
  • Administrative experience in higher education
  • Previous experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud highly desirable
  • General familiarity with the needs and interests of Pre K-12 Catholic school educators or Catholic diocesan school systems
