ACADEMIC ADVISOR

Student Affairs

Post-Graduation Advisors are responsible for nourishing the ambition and vision of students as they prepare for life after our school. They create specific plans, assist in securing letters of recommendation, promote scholarships, and develop school culture and activities.

We are dedicated to the intellectual and moral betterment of our students, and encourage teachers to take their own moral and intellectual improvement seriously as part of an independent, responsible, and joyful school culture. 

The successful candidate:

  • Actively promotes and nurtures the school's vision, mission, and core virtues; 
  • Mentors students in the pursuit of their own flourishing; 
  • Fosters professional friendships with faculty and staff; 
  • Seeks collaborative relationships with parents;
  • Is committed to objective truth as a standard for human reason.

Preferred characteristics:

  • Extremely organized, diligent, and sociable; 
  • Interest in a variety of potential outcomes for students after our desire and ability to plan and execute complex events desire to contribute to a thriving Middle and High School student culture outside of the classroom.

Salary Range:

$50,000-$65,000
