Job Description

Bishop Machebeuf High School is currently seeking an Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a marketing/business-related field and/or administrative assistant, project management or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bilingual - Spanish/English - speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
3. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to proofread and edit.
4. Strong technology skills, especially using Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365.
5. Database management experience.
6. Knowledge of the Catholic Faith.
7. Ability to multi-task.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Knowledge of the Catholic faith.
10. Professional demeanor.
11. Flexible and able to deal effectively with changes.
12. Ability to work independently and in a group.
13. Ability to meet deadlines.
14. Effective time management and organizational skills.

This is a year-round position, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
