Local Family owned Mortuary has an opening for a highly-skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk. This might be the job for you if you're looking for a quiet medium paced environment and have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization. If you have experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management, this might be the job for you. Do you have great attention to detail? The position is in the Southeast area of San Diego near Market Creek Center. PART TIME TO START (30hrs) with Every other Saturday (9am-3pm) . Bi-Lingual in Spanish or Tagalog is a plus.

Working with highly confidential materials

Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries

Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures

Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions

Assisting with special projects as required

Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks

Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies

intermediate High school diploma or equivalent obtained

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Can work independently with minimal supervision

3+ years of experience related to this role

Perform a data entry speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

Adeptness in inventory

Keep understanding of Administrative Assistance

Good Telephone Etiquette

Business Casual Dress

Starting pay $13hr. (NO PHONE CALLS)
