POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Guest Outreach and Satisfaction works to assure that Steubenville Conferences, primarily, and other Franciscan Center initiatives grow their audiences from across North America and internationally, through direct sales and customer service. Activities/efforts include creating and managing plans and personnel related to phone sales, mass texts, emails; and follow-up to lead/sales inquiries.
