Managed programs for middle school and High School teens, evaluated the needs of teens, parents, and young adults, and analyzed existing programs to ensure improvement and continued growth in community and discipleship. I also recruit and manage volunteers while providing them with proper training and opportunities for further education.

I also diagnosed, troubleshoot, and resolved a range of software, hardware, and connectivity issues. I Serve as Google Works Administrator for the Office. I am in charge of handling and installing new workstation computers and network users. I also create and maintain communication with a community of over 500 families through weekly newsletters and social media profiles. Finally, I maintain the church website and create event posters, mailings, and other graphic and digital promotions.

I also handled simple technology services for fellow staff and parishioners and created and maintained communication with a community of over 2,000 families through weekly newsletters and social media profiles. Finally, I maintained the church website and created event posters, mailings, and other digital promotions.

I developed and implemented a curriculum spanning the disciplines of theology and philosophy. I utilized communication and interpersonal skills through interactions with students, parents, and administrators. I developed instruction and lectures on multiple topics for a diverse classroom of students with varying needs and learning styles. Tailor-fit lessons and assessments for multiple special needs students.

I directed the religious education program for children and teens. In this role, I managed religious education programs and evaluated the needs of parish families to implement or improve programs that met the standards of parents and diocesan guidelines. I recruited and managed volunteers' skills through regular meetings and training for volunteers and myself. I also received certification and offered training in safe environment practices to ensure proper boundaries, communication, and respect for minors.
