·        Establish communication protocol and provide regular written and verbal progress reports and presentations to Steering Committees, Managers, Directors and other stakeholders. Facilitates the project team in the initiation, close out and post implementation review activities.

·        Develops, monitors and manages major project/program budgets, requisitions, expenditures and other transactions within the limits of established authority.

·        Interprets and analyzes complex data, including facility asset management information, processes, programs and problems and develops options, solutions, improvements and recommendations.

·        Collaborates with clients and the Communications branch to initiate, develop and conduct public consultation and information programs.

·        Receives and responds to concerns and inquiries from staff, the public, other departments, elected officials and the media.

·        Consults, negotiates and collaborates with outside agencies and stakeholders, including private and government stakeholders.

·        Developing and managing high level Quality, Health & Safety and identifying risks and communicating with all stakeholders.
