I am a passionate and creative Catholic, currently working as a coordinator of religious education in St. Louis, MO.
I have three years of experience in this position, where I also teach four daily middle school Catholic theology classes. I have a bachelor's degree in philosophy/religious studies as a result of my college education, two years of which were in the seminary studying for the Catholic priesthood.
I am fortunate to have been raised in a very musical and Catholic family. I studied piano and percussion in my youth and won several honors and awards for my music composition and performance prior to entering seminary. Fortunately, I have still been able to use my musical experience, serving as the principal organist and music director at the seminary, and I currently play piano and organ for our school choir, and percussion/drums in a couple of local concert bands.
Over the years, I have also accumulated a wealth of experience in video production and editing, as I work as a professional freelance video editor on top of making educational religious content for my school.
I believe my background, experience, and passion for teaching, media, music, ministry, and the Catholic faith make me an ideal candidate for any position in these areas.
I am willing to relocate as necessary.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read through this summary. I look forward to hearing about any possible positions that match my skills.
