Personal Summary

It is my desire to contribute to an organization with a mission centered in faith and service by building collaborative relationships.  In my experience, fostering and building relationships is paramount to staying connected during challenging times, such as the pandemic. My leadership skills, ability to multi-task and my success with problem-solving enhances my capability to work collaboratively with volunteers, constituents, and community partners to serve the community. This opportunity to listen to the stories and experiences of others allows me to hear their need for belonging and inclusion and sets a foundation for unbounded potential toward the mission. It would be an honor to share my talent and passion for serving others with a dynamic mission-focused organization. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the physical plant, administrative offices, community outreach programs and business matters requiring management of financial and personnel resources.

¨ Administrator and executive leadership team member.

¨ Cultivate and foster relationships among staff, volunteers, and members of the community including area civic and secular groups.

¨ Collaborate with volunteer advisory leadership team to create programming.

¨ Accomplish strategic goals including increased membership and engagement.

¨ Maintain relationships with vendors for successful negotiation of contracts.

¨ Manage, recruit, train and supervise volunteers and staff.

¨ Liaison representing parish community at local and regional civic meetings.

¨ Successful community assimilation to electronic tools for communication and financial giving.
