Samia Attallah

I am a teacher and a linguist who speaks 4 languages namely, Arabic, French, English, and Spanish. I hold a Master degree in Education and an 18 hours credit towards another Master degree in Romance Languages with a concentration in French.

I previously worked as a high school teacher of French and theology. I also tutored Arabic and French among other roles as listed on my resume.

           I believe that with my linguistic knowledge, I am blessed to stand on the intersection of cultures, and that I have a calling to pass down this knowledge to the younger generation. I am looking at a job that would allow me to do just that! I have thrived as a teacher, and I know that I left an impact on my students. I also know how much each of my students inspired me, and helped me become a better seasoned educator.

            As a mother of 20 year old triplets, and a wife of a busy physician, the job that I dream of is one that would allow me the flexibility to be present for my family. Part-time will suit this season of my life, and I know that I will pour my heart in it.

I believe that I possess the skills necessary to advance any language program. I also enjoy working in groups as I am a good team player.
