Personal Summary

I enjoy helping others and I am very passionate about great customer service. I have previous experience in a fast pace medical sales environment, where I provided customer support via multiple phone queues and high volume inbox management. This gave me the opportunity to better develop my confidence and passion for helping customers, as well as order management, communication and administrative skills. My current position duties include event planning, exhibit hall and vendor management (front facing role serving medical sales professionals at medical conferences) and membership management. This has helped me better develop interpersonal, time management and organization skills needed for service oriented and remote work. I love learning new things, taking initiative, helping others and being creative!
