Principal Program Manager
Oct 2022 - Oct 2023 RVO Health

·         Leading a team of 3 project managers working on strategic initiatives crossing 4 lines of business and operating groups as the Principal Program Manager, to coordinate and complete between 5 and 15 projects, define performance and results, and collaborating with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

·         Managed the Decoupling program with a potential savings estimated at $22M when decoupling is complete in late 2024. Project was on track as of 11/2023.

·         Identified and established relationships with Decoupling program stakeholders and team members from separation organizations and collaborated with their managers and scrum teams to coordinate executions of separations.

·         Developing tactical IT plans and participating in cost benefit analysis for assessment by Senior Leadership for efforts between $3M and $18M.
