Hi, I'm Ava!
I graduated from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in May '21 with a degree in English Writing and minors in Theology and Narrative Arts. I reside in Melbourne, Florida. My faith is integral to my life, and I am in good standing with the Church.
Currently, I'm working as a teachers' aide for English Language Arts at a Catholic middle school, and as an author writing the biography of one of St. Padre Pio's closest American friends, William M. Carrigan (coming soon!).
My work experience is varied. While it tends in the direction of the arts and teaching, I have also worked clerical positions at a law firm, where handled confidential documents with integrity, digitized paperwork, networked with clients/input their data, and operated filing systems within the office. I'm familiar with customer service and client intake. I'm pretty quick to pick up new skills, especially systematic ones. If you need paperwork categorized and neatly filed, I'm your girl! My communication skills are excellent, since my career revolves around writing and teaching. I possess a strong work ethic, both teamwork and leadership skills, and coachability. I'm also pretty nice. :)
Overall, I am seeking meaningful work that helps people in a tangible way. I would be a good fit for any organization, but especially those which value the human person, share the Gospel, and encourage others to reach their full potential. Bonus: I love St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body; if you also love it and might have a career opportunity in that realm, let's connect!
If you believe I am a good match for your organization, please feel free to contact me at the following email:
