Active parishioner and ministry lead at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Long Beach. I would love the opportunity to discuss purpose driven work in the realm of human resources or diversity, equity and inclusion. I'm a 24 year veteran to the human resource space who has a deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, workforce development, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership, compliance, safety and risk management. The last four years of my career, I was asked by our CEO to lead diversity efforts for my agency, as this is an area I have been passionate about my whole career. My skillset spans both strategic thought leadership and programming.
