Nate’s success is built on a career, engineering solutions through all phases of construction, business, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Nate’s early career accomplishments includes, building a new business from ground up and positioned it for a profitable sale to Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care where he was later recruited as Divisional Manager post-acquisition.
Him and his wife took a stab a retail with the creation of Honeybee Baby, a high-end retail experience. They built the brick and mortar as well as on-line store into a 5280 Top of the Town business two years running.
Nate took his experience to Oakwood Homes and turned a bleeding business unit in shambles to a highly profitable growing company. That was sold to Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company, in 2019 and since then Nate has worked as a Division President of Clayton Properties Group II managing several trade companies serving residential home construction.
Although as a team-player at heart, you will always find him with his boots on the field, side by side in the trenches with his teams.
Nate’s knack for presenting and relatable authority has yielded great alliances with industry and community leaders and stakeholders. He has been sought after as an influential voice Board of Directors; Lead Mentor Coordinator; Chapter Director Advisor; for the ACE Mentoring Program. He served on Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau Grievances and Standards Committee; BBB Torch Award Winner for business and ethics. His true passion is volunteering in his children’s school and coaching in the Ave Maria Athletic department in football and baseball.
Nate and Angela were married June 13th, 2009. Through their marriage they have brought Luke (12), Giovanni (deceased), Arabella (9), and Gianna (7) into this world. They enjoy their time being a family on their land southeast of Denver with their animals.
Nate attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and earned his BS in Construction Management and his BS in Civil Engineering in 2006.
