Responsible for the running of all Benedictine College Youth Conferencing programs, such as: BCYC Immersion; BCYC Leadership; BCYC Encounter.
Responsible for the programming of BCYC, such as: writing scripts and content, acquiring conference spaces on Benedictine College’s campus, liturgy spaces, inviting speakers, contracting catering, audio, musicians, transportation services, reserving residence halls, rooming assignments for all high school participants, staff, undergraduate mentors and school chaperones.

Responsible for running both sessions of the Ever to Excel program, which is based on
the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola.

Responsible for managing and working collaboratively with the Assistant Program Director on all tasks related to Ever to Excel.
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high schools and parishes, both domestic and international in order to promote the Ever to Excel program.
Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and training of undergraduate student leaders called “Mentors” who are responsible for the high school students through the program's activities.
Responsible for writing narrative style after action reports for Boston College, as well as the Lily Foundation.
Responsible for promoting of the Ever to Excel program for Boston College by helping to build the marketing material with the Assistant Program Director, as well as many other tasks related to the the running the Ever to Excel program.
Responsible for teaching 9th grade Old Testament, New Testament; 10th grade Catholic Church History; and 11th grade Catholic Morality
Responsible for building and teaching the curriculum of each course as well as assisting the development of a department wide integrated curriculum with other members of the Theology Department
Responsible for all aspects of classroom management
