Personal Summary

I am an experience IT Generalist (Business Technology Manager/Systems Administrator/Web Developer) with over 21 years of experience.  I am fluent in the M365 environment (Azure/Exchange/SharePoint/Power Apps./OneDrive/Windows), supporting administrative systems as well as front end IT user support. I have lead many web product development endeavors encompassing all stages,  answering to stakeholders, product testing and deployment. I have extensive experience in Automation using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline work flows, eliminating tedious manual tasks.

I have been a Catechist for 16 years,  teaching from the 3rd grade level, through college and the later adult years. I worked for the Diocese of Brooklyn and the Director of Digital Development  for 5 years where I administered most Diocesan web products and managed a team of developers and designers. I am a devout Catholic, a father of 5, and deeply in love with Our Lord, Our Lady, and his Catholic Church,  dedicated to the spread of the Gospel.

I would love to use my time, energy, and skill to serve Catholic organizations, supporting work that I am deeply invested in. I am interested in both full time as well as freelance work.

Work Experience

Business Technology Manager

  • SharePoint/Teams Admin.

    • Created over 50 SharePoint Team sites using PowerShell applying custom templates.

    • Delegated Site access to users and groups/made site changes as needed (sections/webparts/design, etc.).

    • Trained new users and gave refresher tutorials on SharePoint/Teams usage and best practices.

    • Supported users in various SharePoint tasks: creating lists, document libraries, views, pages and posts.

  • M365 Solutions/Support

    • Addressed daily questions and issues from our user base concerning the M365 stack. Fielded and dealt with all types of tech related issues: Windows/mobile/various applications.
