With a BA in English (2012), a professional writing certificate, and 14 years of professional experience, my diverse writing and editorial background includes book writing (nonfiction and fiction – Chicago Manual of Style), SEO copy/content creation in the legal, customer service consulting, educational, luxury goods, business coaching, and transportation logistics industries, grant writing, coaching a nonfiction book author, screenplay editing, newspaper proofreading, writing and reporting (AP Style), and advertising collateral – including print, radio, and digital – for a Fortune 500 company.

Much of my work since starting my business in 2017 has been remote but I would be open to something hybrid in the Cleveland, Ohio area, be it full time, part time, or contract.

Project site management in high volume, fast-paced Marketing Communications department. Creative review and editing of advertising collateral including print, digital, and radio for 4,300+ paint stores across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Additional review of national advertising via TV, radio, and print. The position included daily communication with external creative agencies, various internal departments at HQ, and management across North American divisions.
