I am very interested in a position here. Based on my education, experience in collaborative teamwork, and career interest in communication, I believe that I am a qualified candidate for a position. As a practicing Catholic and proud advocate of the faith, I believe that my passion for innovation can drive the organization of my residency forward in meaningful ways.
In May 2025, I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. During my years in college, I have been heavily involved at St. Mary’s Catholic Center through a variety of leadership roles. These have been primarily through facilitating meaningful conversations of faith formation and team collaboration in small groups and choir settings.
Aside from my collegiate experiences, I hold a deep passion for writing, and I wholeheartedly intend to apply my writing skills in whichever role I am presented with. Furthermore, my fluent bilingual background in Spanish makes me more versatile in communicating with diverse crowds.
My main job was to facilitate entertaining activities and field trips for children ages 5-12. I was in charge for around 8-12 kids during each shift and I followed weekly lesson plans assigned by Camp. As a reward for my contributions towards helping others and going above expectations, I earned a “Counselor of the Week” honor in July.
I served as a summer tutor for Mathematics, Reading, and Writing for children ages 5-14. Roles were to facilitate meaningful learning sessions and deliver graded assignments for digital processing in a timely manner.
