XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY ROMAN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL (All GIRLS)
HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL for 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
Xavier College Preparatory High School, in collaboration with the Diocese of Phoenix and the Catholic Schools Office, is seeking a dedicated, capable, and highly qualified Principal with strong intellectual and leadership skills and a commitment to Catholic education for the 2026-2027 school year.
Founded in 1943, Xavier College Preparatory is a diocesan Roman Catholic high school that strives to prepare young women of faith with the knowledge, skills, and integrity to meet the challenges of a changing global society. From the beginning, the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (BVM) and their charism have been integral to Xavier’s identity and mission. Grounded in the BVM core values of freedom, education, charity, and justice, Xavier forms students in a faith-filled community marked by tradition and unity—nurtured through an active sacramental life that invites students into prayer and spiritual growth.
Alongside the school’s Catholic identity, Xavier is committed to academic excellence through distinctive opportunities such as Advanced Placement courses and dual enrollment—while also offering a full, formative high-school experience with thriving athletics, performing arts, clubs, and a service culture deeply woven into student life.
